Welcome to BiznesGrid. By accessing our platform, registering an account, or publishing listing content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and operational policies.

1. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to construct an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining credentials secrecy and all actions executed under your profile. Suspicious or illegal registrations will be terminated immediately.

2. Submission Guidelines & Admin Review

All business directory items, classified advertisements, articles, and official announcements are subject to **Admin Review and approval** before appearing public. Submissions containing fraudulent, misleading, offensive, copyrighted, or prohibited services/items will be rejected and trashed.

3. Prohibited Content & Permanent Bans

BiznesGrid strictly prohibits the listing, advertising, or promotion of the following on any part of the platform, including business directory listings, classified ads, press releases, articles, AI tool listings, and mobile app listings:

• Adult products, adult services, escort services, or any sexually explicit content
• Alcohol and alcoholic beverages
• Drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or promotion of illegal substance use
• Weapons, ammunition, or other items whose sale is restricted or illegal in the applicable jurisdiction
• Any other content, product, or service that is illegal, or that promotes illegal activity, under applicable law

Any account found submitting, publishing, or promoting the above categories will be subject to immediate and permanent suspension from BiznesGrid, without prior warning and without refund of any fees paid. All associated listings will be removed. We reserve the right to report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Fees and Billing

Standard account signups and directory listings are free of charge. Premium listing upgrades and active sidebar banner placements require subscription payments processed securely. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our site is delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied guarantees. We do not inspect physical classified goods, verify listing assertions, or guarantee transaction success.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of operations. Any disputes must be submitted to the local courts of that area. For questions, please reach out to terms@biznesgrid.com.
